At Juni the Label, we do our very best to provide exceptional quality, thoughtful service, and a beautiful experience for our customers from start to finish. Every piece is made with intention, care, and attention to detail. We also understand the challenges that may come along with online shopping, and that sometimes the wrong size is ordered, or that you may change your mind about a style once it arrives - and we're here to assist within the following guidelines:

EXCHANGES

• We accept exchanges when notified within 7 days of delivery.
• Exchanges are subject to availability (our pieces are produced in limited quantities, and so specific sizes or colours cannot be guaranteed until the return has reached us).
• Customers are responsible for all courier costs involved in returning the item and shipping the new one.
• Items being returned for exchange must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

REFUNDS

• Due to the nature of our small business and limited production runs, we are only able to offer refunds in the case of a production or product fault.
• Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with clear photos to help us assess the issue.
• Once approved, you have the choice of a refund or a replacement (subject to availability).
• If a replacement/ exchange is chosen, Juni the Label will cover the courier costs.
• Refunds will be issued via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Items returned after the 7-day period.
• Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by a production fault.
• Made-to-order or custom pieces unless faulty.
• Items bought on sale/ at a discounted price.

COURIER COSTS

• All courier fees for returns and/or exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
• Juni the Label does not cover shipping unless the return is due to a confirmed product fault.
• Returns must be sent to the provided address (Juni the Label will not be liable for collections)

We care for our planet - in both our products and our packaging. All orders are shipped plastic-free, using our drawstring bags made from fabric off-cuts, along with biodegradable courier bags, so your order arrives beautifully and responsibly.
