All orders are consciously packed in drawstring bags made from our fabric off-cuts. Plastic-free, the way it should be. We then seal them in compostable courier bags.

HOW DOES PUDO WORK?
With PUDO, you can have your order delivered to a locker near you.
If you choose PUDO delivery at checkout, please email us the following information:
- the name of the closest or most convenient locker to you (if you do not know, send us you current address and we will find your nearest locker for you).
- your contact number (PUDO sends notifications via WhatsApp so please ensure you can receive WhatsApp’s via this number)
- if you do not have WhatsApp, please confirm your email address as your point of contact
Once your parcel has been deposited in the allocated locker, you have a 36 hour collection window. You will receive a PIN via WhatsApp or email. At the locker, choose “Pick Up” on the provided touch screen. You will then be asked to enter your PIN code to open the locker door and retrieve your parcel.
If the parcel is uncollected within 36 hours from the time of notification, you will then need to collect your parcel from the closest Courier Guy Kiosk. If this is not possible for you, contact us to re-book a new locker (this requires payment).
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Orders received online are processed in 1-2 days. We then hand over your parcel to The Courier Guy, who delivers to your door
within 1-3 days, or to your nearest PUDO locker or kiosk within 2-3 days.
We always aim to have your order delivered to you within 2-7 working days of ordering. Any delays will be communicated.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Juni the Label. we do our very best to provide exceptional quality, thoughtful service, and a beautiful experience for our customers. Every piece is made with intention, care, and attention to detail. We also understand the challenges that may come with online shopping, and that sometimes the wrong size is ordered, or that you may change your mind about a style once it arrives - and we're here to assist within the following guidelines:

We accept exchanges when notified within 7 days of delivery,

Exchanges are subject to availability (our pieces are produced in limited quantities, and so specific sizes or colours cannot be guaranteed until the return has reached us).

Customers are responsible for all courier costs involved in returning the item and shipping the new one.

Items must be returned in their original condition - unworn and unwashed.
Due to the nature of our small business and limited production runs, we are only able to offer refunds in the case of a production or product fault.

Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with clear photos to help us assess the issue.

Once approved, you have the choice of a refund, or a replacement/exchange (subject to availability).

If a replacement/ exchange is chosen, Juni the Label will cover the courier costs of the return and sending of the new item.

Refunds will be issued via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
The following items are non-refundable / non-returnable:

Items returned after the 7-day period.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by a production fault.

Made-to-order or custom pieces, unless faulty.

Items bought on sale/ at a discounted price.
Juni the Label will not be liable for any losses or damage caused during shipping. All returns must be sent to the provided delivery address; we will not be liable for collections.
