ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Orders received online are processed in 1-2 days. We then hand over your parcel to The Courier Guy, who delivers to your door
within 1-3 days, or to your nearest PUDO locker or kiosk within 1-4 days.
We always aim to have your order delivered to you within 2-7 working days of ordering. Any delays will be communicated.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you have ordered the wrong size, or would like to swap for a different style or colour, please send us an email within 7 working days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange. The exchange is valid for 30 working days, after which we can no longer accept returned goods.
Items bought on sale/ discount are not eligible for return. Please note that we do not cover any courier costs involved in exchanges.
Once we have received the item(s) in the original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags), an exchange can then be made for a different size, style, colour, or store credit. Please note that we cannot guarantee availability at the time of exchange. If your desired size or style is no longer available, or you would rather wait for new stock, a store credit to the value of the returned item(s) will be issued.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, or if you are dissatisfied with our product & service, we will offer a full refund on the full order returned.

Orders will be sent with DHL and will take approximately 5-7 working days. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched you will receive an email directing you to the order-status page where you can find your tracking number.
You may be liable for customs and import duties, quotas, permits, product restrictions and/or other local requirements. Customs policies vary widely from state to state and country to country, so be sure to investigate before placing an order, as Juni the Label cannot be held liable for any extra charges incurred.
Please note that Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates. Regrettably we cannot offer returns or exchanges on International Orders.
